It’s that time of year again when celebrations abound, expectations are high and feelings are intensified.
When you’re missing a loved one at Christmas it can be an overwhelming and very challenging time so it’s a good idea to have some strategies for not only getting through the Holiday Season but to continue the healing process when you are grieving.
