Emptiness too
All rising and falling
Hitting the heart
Boggling the mind
Upset for no reason
Joy without reason too
Where is it all leading?
To this moment?
This time for rest?
Nowhere to go now
Nothing that will get me ‘there’
There is no there there
Only here here
Allowing what is
Presence and Peace
