Let’s take a deep breath together…
More changes and disruptions, more fear, more coming face to face with the unknown. As I’ve said before, I’m very blessed to be minimally affected by the new emergency measures that have been put in place here in Alberta with the uptick in Covid 19 cases. I know this is not so for many however and my heart truly goes out to everyone affected.
As for me and my house, nothing much has changed, we continue to go on our daily walks, meetings and conversation on Zoom or whatever medium works, lots of centering, and we take it day by day. What else can we do? I’m not a protester, I don’t even know what I would be protesting about. I read a lot and watch quite a bit of British TV and I am often reminded of what it was like for so many during and after wars. It was horrendous; the losses were unbelievable, the freedoms were nonexistent, food and basic needs were barely enough to keep people going. And they survived, and they rebuilt, and life went on.
We will get through these challenging times, and we can do it with Grace if we are willing to be present and let go of resentments, fears, hatreds as they arise. Then we can ask with sincerity and humility, what is mine to do? How can I help? If there is a need I have, I go to Source for guidance. And there is peace and there is love and all is well with my Soul.
And I radiate blessings of Divine Love and Compassion to all.
Be blessed my friends. This too shall pass.
Namaste
