What a full and rich day. Had the first Sacred Soul Circle this morning with 8 beautiful souls and I feel very blessed. We had heartful sharing and plenty of silence and I felt very grounded and spacious afterward. It is such a different way of being together, truly making space for one another and listening without thought of response or having to say anything at all if we don’t want to. There is no rushing to get somewhere or having to achieve something. Just creating sacred space for the soul to express when it is ready. It is a beautiful process, and I am very grateful to Parker Palmer for all the work he’s done with this kind of soul centered work.

Then this afternoon I had the honour of officiating a Celebration of Life for a man I truly respect and care about, Rev. Bill Trainor. I hadn’t seen him for some time, but he was an important part of my life and the Unity community here in Edmonton. I know he had a very positive impact on a lot of people and it was good to come together to remember him.

All in all, a wonderful day. I feel grounded and at peace and my heart is full of gratitude.

Namaste
