Today I share with you my final homework assignment for the first series of classes in Spiritual Direction. It has been the most amazing 8 weeks and I am grateful for every assignment and conversation.

Following are the main ways I serve:
- By honouring Soul in thought, word, and action.
- By living in the awareness of the Divine Nature of every human being and our unique paths.
- By taking time daily for prayer, contemplation, meditation, journaling and the practice of surrender.
- By being authentic and radically honest, listening with reverence to body, soul and other people.
- By reading sacred writings, exercising daily and eating consciously to maintain health in mind, body and soul.
- By remaining open and receptive to giving and receiving with generosity of heart.
