People often wonder why they should bother going back over past relationships to clean up the emotional incompletes. The simple answer is that it frees up the energy to be present to what is possible now and in the future.

When we’ve gone through a major loss of any kind it usually brings us to a place of emptiness and loss of identity, purpose and meaning in life. This may seem like a bad place to be but in fact it is an opening to find new purpose and meaning, or perhaps finding that for the first time. This is a natural process when we know how to work with it but for the most part it is not something people have learned to do.

That’s why I have designed a new workshop series, the pilot of which just started last week, for people who have gone through the Grief Recovery Program. This series is all about changing our relationship with ourselves to a much more compassionate and accepting one as well as gaining new purpose and direction and getting clear on the reason we get up every day.

This is a six week program and we’re just getting started but already I am experiencing some pretty major insights and shifts taking place. (Yes, I am participating fully in the process). It is very challenging but wow, is it worth it!

Namaste!
